Consistency the Key as Geoff Turner Claims Triple Challenge

Three consecutive Top 10 finishes has seen Geoff Turner emerge as the victor in the 2021 Saturday Triple Challenge.

The Triple Challenge, which concluded on Saturday, sees competitors awarded points based on their finishing position amongst those that chose to enter.  With a field of 76 players in the first round, the best score of the day was worth 76 points, 2nd-best 75 points, and so on.

Over the three rounds, Geoff was a combined 2-over handicap.  He opened with a nett 75 in the Stroke event, had a score of +3 in the Par round, and closed with 34pts in Saturday’s Stableford.  His combined score of 195 was 21 pts ahead of the runner-up  Kurt Tehliwec.  Kurt’s rounds were 76, Square, and 34 over the 3 weeks of competition.
