Approx. 75 Members and guests enjoyed an informal evening that saw them the celebrate their on-course achievements through another Covid-19 affected season of golf at Mount Coolum Golf Club.
In opening the evening last night, Club President Daryl Frost congratulated the invited guests on their respective achievements throughout the year, and thanked the Members for their contribution to the Club over the past 12 months.
Invited Members were treated to great meal, a couple of drinks, and great company in the form of their fellow-members.
A special presentation of two framed prints was made to honour the achievements of the Club’s Men’s B-Grade Pennant Team. This Team won their 3rd successive Zone title, and also took out the inaugural SBG Golf District Association B Grade Title.
In total, approx. 70 Awards were presented across the many major events conducted on the Club’s annual calendar – ranging from our Triple Challenges, through such events as the Mount Coolum Cup, and on to the culmination of the night – the recognition of Ruby Kavanagh and Stephan Scheepers as our 2021 Club Champions.
